a) We limit the maximum entries per person, per competition to ensure responsible play.  The entry limit for each competition is displayed in the details of each competition.

b) You can request your account be closed, if you feel your spending is getting out of control.  Please email us and we will delete your account and delete you from all our marketing lists

Online Competitions and/or Prize Draws with a free entry route are not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, So even though our online competitions aren’t classed as gambling, you may feel that playing is becoming an issue.
